The Medical Software Business Analyst makes use of his software design experience and his comprehension of the medical environment to modelize and integrate functionalities into the medical software. He plays a key role to translate the customer needs into usable and user-friendly solutions. He produces business requirements which will be used as guideline and input by the development team. He mainly interacts with the product specialists on one hand and with the R&D team on the other hand to define and follow the priorities inside the development pipeline.

  •  Analyse the work processes at customer side and collect all specificities related to local markets.
  • Translate those processes into well documented and structured business requirements (including formal descriptions, decision tables, dataflow diagrams,…)
  • Collaborate with product specialists to gather the needs, to define the priorities in development and to cross-check the proposed solutions.
  • Interact with development team by feeding them with new requirements/user stories to implement and by answering their questions whenever needed.
  • Validate with product specialists and key users that the produced functionalities are meeting the expectations and fulfilling the needs.      

Medical Software Quality Assurance Engineer

The Quality Assurance Engineer will apply technical expertise, hospital process understanding and common sense to test and validate the medical software before it is being deployed at customer. He will ensure that the application/functionality meet the documented business requirements and that it covers the multiple use-cases identified.

The engineer will document and automate the test scenarios to guarantee a reproductible testing process and avoid any regression.

The Quality Assurance Engineer collaborate with the product specialists and the business analysts to make sure that the newly developed modules are conform with the quality expectations of the customers ensuring high level of availability and reduce failures to a very minimum. He also works together with Support team to facilitate identification of issues and to escalate them to the developers with clear and reproducible descriptions. He will also confirm that the solution found is a valid one and can be deployed at customer.


  • Test and validate newly developed functionalities by comparing the provided business requirements with the application functionality.
  • Perform global software qualification on a regular basis.
  • Run and monitor automated test processes to guarantee a very stable and failure-free solution.
  • Document and maintain all test and validation scenarios/procedures.
  • Identify and reproduce issues to be able to communicate with R&D team.
  • Validate the solution to those issues before deployment.

Medical Software Support Engineer

The Medical Software Support Engineer will apply technical and functional expertise, customer relationship building and communication skills in order to deliver high-level support of our software solutions deployed in hospitals.
This support includes, but is not limited to: installation, deployment and upgrade of the software in hospital infrastructure; registration, follow-up and answer of the technical and functional questions raised by our users by providing solutions; collection of all information needed to facilitate the identification and reproduction of issues by the R&D support team; collaboration and training with hospital IT staff to guarantee that the customer organization is able to perform the daily sanity checks of the system.
As one of the primary customer-facing advocates, the Support Engineer is a member of the Technical Services team and interact with the Software Implementation and the Product Management.
The Medical Software Support Engineer supports a large amount of customers and must be able to identify, prioritize, manage, and communicate issues both internally and externally. 


  • Functional and technical evangelist regarding medical applications
  • Provide assistance to customer through service desk communication channels (phone, mail, on-site, …)
  • Issue registration, documentation and follow-up making use of the global R&D support team located abroad.
  • Perform installation and upgrades of server-side software within hospital infrastructure (this is mainly performed from remote).
